How much does it cost to list my space?

The location listing is free of charge. While listing a location you can define your cancellation policy to handle refunds and additional cleaning fees. Once the booking is confirmed FilmThere takes a 20% platform fee.

Am I allowed to list my space?

In most cases if you own the place and there isn't any specific HOA fees and limitation - then you are allowed to list your space. If you do not own the property, you may get permission from the owners to allow the listing.

What if I have changes to the confirmed booking?

Our support staff is available by chat and email and can help facilitate booking changes.

How do I get paid?

Within your client dashboard you'll see a Withdrawal button that allows you to connect your bank account for secure payouts through Stripe.

How do I book a space?

FilmThere made it easy to book locations for your production. Browse locations using our interactive map, choose a space and fill out dates you'd need it for. Then simply add a card to submit a booking and wait for the host's confirmation.

Are there any limitations on how I can use the space?

As long as you follow the rules and policies listed on the location details page you should be ok. We encourage creative use of spaces, but make sure to choose the correct production type and number of attendees.

Is my information secure?

We never share your information and don't store any payment details locally.
